About Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage is a massage that combines both reflexology and traditional Thai massage techniques. It is thought to have been created by Thai masseurs who also studied Chinese, Korean and Japanese forms of reflexology alongside Thai massage. The combination of these techniques led to an extremely effective and stimulating massage of the feet and legs. Thai foot massage stimulates all the reflex zones of the feet with the extra bonus of Thai massage techniques to stimulate energy flow, release blockages and stretch and relax the ankles and feet.
