Cognitive Hypnotherapist
Suzette graduated from King's college London with a BA in English and spent the next ten years as a carer. Fascinated by the way the mind works and wanting to work in a caring capacity she completed a foundation course in counselling and psychotherapy at Regent’s college but really found herself when she trained at the Quest Institute as a cognitive hypnotherapist.
Cognitive hypnotherapy is a bespoke therapy which allows the practitioner the opportunity to be creative when working out the best way to help the client with their individual issues.
She is registered with the regulatory body NCH, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the CNHC, the Complementary and National Healthcare Council.
Suzette has just started to blog on the Princess Royal Trust for Carers website and is also continuing to pursue her studies in psychology part time at Birkbeck University of London.
