The therapeutic qualities of essential oils are combined with the physiological benefits of massage. This soothing whole body massage incorporates lymphatic drainage, pressure point, Swedish and reflexology techniques to restore balance and harmony to body, mind and spirit.

Full Body Scrub to enhance your Aromatherapy massage
Your skin will be left feeling silky smooth and invigorated after this full body exfoliating treatment. Apart from being a wonderful skin sensation when followed by a full body massage there are also therapeutic benefits to be enjoyed from full body exfoliation. This stimulating treatment will boost the lymphatic and circulatory systems and allow a better penetration of the essential oils and massage oil.

Holistic Aromatherapy Massage
A whole body massage, using various synergies of essential oils depending upon your needs: energising, releasing muscular tension or simply relax into an aromatic experience. This treatment includes a one hour massage with consultation to custom blend your own massage oil.

Upper Body Massage
Scalp, face, neck, back and arm massage. This treatment starts with hot compresses on neck and shoulders where tension builds most. Very effective for those who suffer with chronic headache or bad posture.

This tactile and sensory indulgence will rebalance your mind and body, recharging your vital energies. The treatment will be tailored to meet your individual requirements and can include all of the above.

Aromatherapy Deep Relax Treatment
A must have treatment for those suffering from sleep problems and jet lag so it would be best to have this treatment in the evening. It includes a full body relaxation massage and hot oil Indian Head/Scalp Massage using essential oils of chamomile, sandalwood and vetiver renowned for their intense calming and grounding effects.

90 minutes - £85

Aromatherapy Detoxifying Treatment
This treatment starts with a full body brushing to exfoliate and also stimulate the lymphatic system, a full body hot compress followed by a full body relaxation massage incorporating lymphatic drainage techniques using essential oils of juniper, grapefruit, sweet fennel and rosemary to detoxify, stimulate circulation and relieve fluid retention. Vigorous massage techniques can be used on cellulite prone areas if needed.
