| Acupressure Massage |

Acupressure massage is based upon a Japanese massage routine called ‘AMMA’. This powerful yet gentle therapy has been used for centuries in the East. It uses a combination of pressure point stimulation to clear blockages in the various meridian lines (which carry vital energy) throughout the body and Swedish massage techniques to relieve muscular tension.
This stress reducing, rejuvenating massage takes place fully clothed, either seated on a specially designed massage chair or lying down on a massage couch. It is simultaneously comforting and invigorating and will leave you feeling both alert and relaxed. Oils can be used if requested.

Clients should wear loose, comfortable clothing for this treatment.
